AUCKLAND DOES WELL. SIXTY-TWO PASSES OUT OF -i EIGHTY-SEVEN. Out- of .a total of S7 students prevailed, Auckland gained 62 passes at the recent Junior National Scholarship Gfammltions. There were 58 boys and 29 girls preRnSed. Highest marks were obtained fa David Russell Connell. Mount Albert Grammar, 60S: Joseph Finkelstein. Bayfield, 601: Patrick Walter Hickey. Ponson'by. 509; Eleanor Mary Anderson. Gpotaki D.H.. 580: and William Sage Hapaon, Mount Albert Grammar. 589. the number of passes obtained by the Prions schools were as follow: Mount Albert Grammar 10, Kowhai Junior Sign ". Maungawbau 7.
