This morning: was beautifully fine, But there was little work of interest. Practically all the visiting horses have arrived, and those which were galloped were confined to short courses, but the sprints were all of about the same value. Retrospect and Serotina finished practically on terms at the end of a gallop over six furlongs in 1.16 4-5. the first three taking- 37 i-ss. Dal Eaton finished well clear of Tiega in a gallop over sis furlongs which took 1.18. Kilbronsyth was going- easily at the end of half a mile run in 50s. Front Rank and Wildwork sprinted down the back straight on the course proper, but could not be timed. Mimetic sprinted home from the threefurlong- post in 36 1-os. Star Ranger and Gala Day finished practically on terms, well in front of Muraahi in a gallop over seven furlongs in 1.29 4-5. >'ote and Climax finished together after sprinting from the three-furlong , post in 36 3-SS. Corlnthic was going- easily in rront of Misgovern at the end of half a mile in 50 1-3 S. Deluge and The Thorn finished together at the conclusion or a half-mile sprint in 49 {-oS. Grand Kni?ht bowled along- very freely when sprinting half a mile in 495. Royal Divorce was always in front of Fool's Paradise in a seven-furlong- gallop run in i.3t, the first hair mile taking sis. De Luxe and Phoenix Park, together, dashed over half a mile in 49 4-ss. Anklet and Mask wpre not hurried over half a mile run in 525. Diogenes finished in front of Vivo in a sprint over half a mile In 50 3-SS. Letter of Credit finished several lengths clear of Polyphemus, after galloping five furlongs in 1.3. >"adarino and En Route finished practically on terms, wit"h Mlnotus beaten off, at the end of half a mile run in 50s. Battlement and Torque were both going very nicely in a half mile sprint which took SO l-ss. iiKa galloped smoothly in a hair mile sprint in 495. Vertigern was going: better than Lucky Days in a sprint from the three-furlong-post in 3 7s. Black Cat was not doing her best to run half a mile in 495. Son o' Mine toot 50 4-5s to cover naif a mile.

Economist ran down from the threefurlong- post In 395. Waetea, alone, galloped seven furlonsrs in 1.31 3-5, a good effort. Te Monanui, picked up by Royal Mint ran seven furlongs in 1.32 3-5, talcing 30s for the last half mile. Mime galloped four furlongs in sis. Inoe and Pleasant Surprise sprinted three furlongs In 38 i-ss.
