DEATH OF ERNEST W. NEILD.

■ I CORONER'S FINDING. In the case of the inquiry reported yesterday into the death of Ernest Whitehurst Neild, the wording of the coroner's finding was as follows:— "Ernest Whitehurst Neild died from injuries received through falling under the wheel of a motor lorry being driven by David Lye after his motor cycle had been struck" by a motor car driven by Norman Ah Chee. The said Norman Ah Chee was guilty of an error of judgment in keeping too" close to the said motor cycle which was moving in front of his motor car at the time of the accident." In yesterday's report it was stated that the coroner attributed "negligence" to the driver of the motor car in keeping so close to the cyclist. We regret that the report should have appeared in this form and in fairness to. Mr. Ah Chee we publish the wording of the coroner's finding.
