WELLINGTON, this day. It is announced that from January 1 next books exchanged by post between libraries and their subscribers, between recognised book clubs, or between recognised book clubs and their subscribers, will be accepted at any post oftice W transmission within New Zealand at t™ reduced rate of 2d for the first and a penny fee for each adcMiPfK" pound up to five pounds weight. ; •
