2fEW STAMPS FOR UNION. ' (Received 11.30 a.m.) CAPETOWN, December 9. The reintroduetion of penny postage in South. Africa on January 1 will be ■ignalised by a new is?ue of stamps of distinctive South African design. The King's head will disappear from the more popular denominations, namely, the halfpenny, penny and the twopenny. Which will be replaced respectively by a representation of Van Riobeek's ship, and drawings of the Union Parliament Buildings at Pretoria.— (A. and X.Z.)
