Telegrams from Mukden state that the £uo Sung-lingites under the pretence of surrendering, turned the Chang TsOlhsitetf left flank. The- Chang Tso-linite defence line has completely collapsed, and troops are in full retreat towards Mukden. ■They may make the last stand at Liao Biver. There is a complete breakdown all round Mukden. A general exodus from tlie. city is in progress.
