The coastal steamer Tlroa saUed yesterday afternoon for East Coast. The Pacific Cable Board's steamer Iris ls at present undergoing cleaning and painting, in the dock. The usual weekly trip to the Great Barrier will be made to-morrow by the Northern Co.'s steamer Apanui. The Northern Co. advise that the Omana will be laid up on Thursday for overhaul. Her running will be taken by the company s steamer Gael. THE R.M.S. MAKURA. In continuation of her voyage from Sydney, the Union Company's R.M.s. Makura was expected to leave Wellington for San Francisco at 3 o'clock this afternoon. She will make the usual calls nt Rarotonga and Papeete. THE WAITOMO. Loaded with a cargo of coal, the Union Company's freighter Waltomo is expected to leave Newcastle for Auckland to-morrow morning. She is expected to arrive here on Tuesday next. THE REMUERA. Having unloaded the Auckland portion of her Home cargo, the N.Z. Shipping Co.'s liner Remuera is announced to sail for Wellington to-morrow morning. On completion of her discharge in the South the Remuera will load for her return trip. THE CITY OF CORINTH. For further discharge of her cargo from New York, the N.Z. Shipping Co.'s chartered steamer City of Corinth is expected to leave Auckland on Thursday. Her other discharging ports are Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Burnle, and Portland. THE TEKOA. At present loading cargo at the Queen's wharf, the N.Z. Shipping Co.'s steamer Tekoa is expected to leave Auckland for South on Thursday, to complete her cargo for London. THE MIDDLESEX. In continuation of her voyage from West Coast of England ports, the Federal Line steamer Middlesex is announced to leave Aucklnnd for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin on Thursday. She is berthed at the Queen's wharf. CARGO FOR THE MOUNT. Owing to the fact that the Union Co.'s steamer Kaitangata will be berthed at the Mount wharf, Tauranga, on Thursday, no cargo consigned to that place will be accepted by the Northern Co.'s steamer Matangi to-morrow. THE KAITANGATA. After being delayed for five days, the Union Company's steamer Kaitangata left Greymouth yesterday afternoon for Tauranga and Auckland. On completion of her discharge at this port she is to proceed to Portland to load cement for New Plymouth. R.M.M.S. AORANGI SAILED. A departure from Auckland at a late hour last night was the Union Co.'s Royal Mail motor liner Aorangi for Sydney in contlnutlon of her voyage from. Vancouver. She is expected to arrive at her destination on Friday. ' KATOA TO RESUME. Now undergoing overhaul at the North wall, the Union Company's coastal steamer Katoa ls announced to sail on Saturday for Portland, where she will load cement for Weßington and Lyttelton. She is to return to port on Wednesday to complete her cargo for Southern ports, being scheduled to sail the foUowing day. THE TARANSAY. Coming from Montreal with general cargo, the chartered steamer Taransay is expected to arrive at Auckland to-morrow night. The vessel, -which comes to the agency .of the New Zealand Shipping Co., will nnchor in the stream until Thursday morning, when she will be taken her berth. THE TREDINNICK. Cable news has been received by the N.Z. Shipping Company that the Haiu Line steamer Tredlnnick left New York on December 2 for Sydney (C.8.) and Montreal to completo loading for New Zealand poifts. This vessel is to leave- the last-named port on December 16 for Auckland, Wellington, Picton, Lyttelton and Dunedin. ROTORUA LEFT WELLINGTON. With passengers nnd cargo, the N.Z. Shipping Co. The Wainul shifted from the Prince's wharf to the Queen's wharf this morning. She is announced to sail at 5 p.m. to-day for Tokomaru Bay, Glsborne, and Napier. The Waipori is expected to sail on Thursday for Napier and Wellington, The Haurakl cannot he dispatched before Friday for Wellington and Australian ports. The Wanaka shifted from Chelsea to the Prince's wharf to-day. She is announced to sail for Southern ports at-5 p.m. to-morrow. The Whangape sailed last night for Newcastle.
