Dulieu went to show that his foot was previously injuffed during the running of the Alison Cup, ahd that through the injured foot being jammed at the start of the Cheltenham Handicap, he felt faint and diziy, and had no recollection of riding in any part of the race after pjts&ifig the five-furlong post. •'Vaiixfiall Handicap.—That after hearing thfe evidence of W. H. Jones, rider of Afcheflo, E. W. McTavish, rider of Eahepotdj arid also the statement made by A. SMfegdr, the rider of Festina Lente, to the stipendiary steward, with reference to thg falling of Rahepoto and Festifia Lente Oil Monday, November 30, the Judicial Committee are unanimously of opinion, that the accident was due to Rahepoto crossing his legs and falling, ih6rßby bfinking down Festina Lente.
