HIT BY MOTOR.

HORSEMAN. IN HOSPITAL. CONDITION VERY SERIOUS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) THAMES, this day. A serious accident happened yesterday afternoon. Mr. Frederick Epps (45) was riding a horse on a country road when a motor car, apparently out of control, smashed into him. He is now in the hospital at Thames with a broken pelvis, numerous scalp wounds, body bruises and abrasions. His condition is very serious.
