MAKING IT EASIER LONDON, December 1. The Secretary of State for the Dominions (Mr. L. ('. M. S. Amery), in a statement in the House of Commons, promised that the Empire Migration V.mmittee would consider the scheme of (he Trades Unions Congress for old age pensions to be paid to those who migrate to join their families in the overseas Dominions. — (A. and N.Z.
