Mr. Page, S.M., this morning fined William Henry Hill, contractor, £30 for being drunk while in charge of a car last Friday night, when the car knocked down a |wdo9trian. Defendant's license was suspended for six months. Mr. Page said this was the second case of the kind he had heard this week.
