SKIN WOOL CASE.
HIGH COURT DECISION , . JUDGMENT FOR DEFENDANTS. MELBOURNE, November 12. The High Court to-day gave judgment for the defendants in the ekin wool case. (A. and N.Z. Cable.) Frederick Bardsley, Kreglinger and Fernau, Ltd., and the W. Angliss Co., Proprietary, Ltd., appealed against the judgment in the case in which they proceeded against the Commonwealth Government in connection with the Government's skin wool profits. Plaintiffs claimed £1,000.000 from the Government, the Central Wool Committee and the Bawra, with Sir John Higgins ac the person who held the moneys in trust. Plaintiffs claimed the right to participate in the profits arising out of the British Government's wool realisation scheme during the last two years of the scheme's operation, so far as wool skins were concerned. The Court gave judgment for the defendants.
