FAREWELL TO AUSTRALIA. FENS ACROSS THE SEA. MELBOURNE, November 3. Lord Burnham (chairman of the Empire Press delegation), in a farewell message to Mr. Stanley M. Bruce (Prime Minister), says that hia fellow delegates and himself will return Home with grateful recollections of the hospitality received and resolved to carry out the policy of the conference, which believes in the common interests of the whole Empire. — (A. and N.Z.
