PROPOSED LOAN OF» £2000 FOR DRAINAGE CONNECTIONS. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 0 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1013, and Its Amendments, and of Section 22S of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, notice is hereby given that the Onehunga Borough Council proposes to raise a special loan of £2000 for:— (a) Installing drainage and plumbing connections to ratepayers ln any part of the Borough requiring the same. (b) The amount proposed to be borrowed Is a' sum not exceeding £2000. (c) The proposed security for the repayment of such loan shall be a special annually recurring rate of 5-64ths of , a penny in the £on the unimproved value of all ratable property ln the Borough of Onehunga and the provision for repayment a sinking fund of £1 per centum per annum. The whole loan to be repayable at the end of 10 years. (d) It is proposed to pay out of the loan such charges and preliminary expenses in connection with loan as the Auditor certifies to be reasonable and the Interest and sinking fund for the first year.
