ARBITRATOR APPOINTED. (By Telecranh. —Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The dispute regarding the rate to be paid to waterside workers for working cargo of rock phosphate on the Wonganella, now at Lyttelton, was advanced a stage further to-day, when the Arbitration Court appointed Mr. C.
