FINE FOR PUBLICATION. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTOX NORTH, this day. Alfred Granville Sliearsby, who 'last week? was fined £100 on a charge of using his residence as a common gaming house, wus further charged this morning with publishing a double card of the Wellington races. Accused,'who pleaded guilty, was lined £10 and costs.
