BRITISH COAL TRADE.
OPINIONS ABOUT FUEL. LONDON, October 30. Oiving evidence before the Coal Commission, Sir -Richard Redmayne said he could see no striking change on a world basis which would be detrimental to British coal interests. Britain's coal exports for 1024 were 51.2 per cent of the world's exports, compared with 49.8 per cent in 19-13. Sir Richard expressed the opinion that in 25 years there would be no oil in the United States, and that the world supply of oil fuel would not suffice for more than 80 to 100 years. — (Reuter.)
