The Treasury states that there is no question of embargo so far as Australian loans are concerned. The Australian Loan Council still stand. Dominion Agents-General are sending a deputation to Mr. L. C. M. S. Amery to urge the Imperial Government to exert pressure on the Bank of England to speed up Dominion loans, especially State loans.
