TWENTY YEARS AFTER.
A chance meeting between two men and an unknown man at a public bar ln Madrid led to a discussion on the subject of tho town of Vallalol, in the course of which the younger of the two men, pointing out the third, exclaimed: "This man Is the murderer of my father." The accusel, when arrested, made many contradictory statements, and there Is every reason to believe that a purely accidental meeting to his disclosing his Identity to the son of the man he slew twenty years ago. The man has now Been charged with the crime.
