TARANAKI OILFIELDS.
The nominal capital or TaranaKi onflelds Ltd., has been increased from £500 000 to £800,000, in order to provide Tor the acquisition or Olsborne Oil Proprietary. Ltd.. and the development or toe rights thereby secured. The subscription of the new issue has already been guaranteed by underwriters in Australia and New Zealand. The New Zealand underwriters are Messrs. J. Mtrtfn Hume, Wellington- Messrs. Colbeck ami Grimms, Auckland: and Mr. Charles nijodcs. .~ land. The Issue will b«r first oirered at par to present shareholders of the company.
