PARLIAMENT DISSOLVED.
ELECTION WRITS ISSUED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.! WELLINGTON, Friday. A "Gazette Extraordinary" issued tonight announces that the New Zealand Parliament, which stood prorogued until October 29, has been dissolved by proclamation issued by the GovernorGeneral, and the new Parliament is summoned to meet on November 19. The writs for the election were issued last evening.
