TREASURY RESTRICTIONS. LONDON, October 15. - In connection with the restriction of loans to the Dominions, Mr. L. C. M. S. Amery (Secretary of State for the Dominions) lias consented to receive the Australian Agents-General on Friday. This is stated to be unique in Dominion financial history.— (A. and N.Z.)
