CANADIAN SPINNER SAILED. Fully loaded with cargo, taken on at NewZealand ports, the Canadian Government steamer Canadian Spinner left Auckland for New York this morning. The vessel will also discharge at Boston and London. TARAN'SAY LEAVES CAPE BRETON. _ Cable, advice has been received by the New Zealand Shipping Company that the Bteamer Taransay left Sydney (Cape Breton) on October 10 for Montreal to complete loading for New Zealand ports. THE TAINUI. To eommpnee loading for Home ports, the Shaw, Savill and Albion Line steamer Tainui is to berth at the eastern side of the Queen's wharf this afternoon or to-morrow morning. The vessel is at present at an anchorage in the stream. THE KAIAPOI. En route to Melbourne and Adelaide. the Union Co.'a steamer Kaiapoi left Grevmouth yesterday. This vos-sel is expected to load at Adelaide at the end of the present month for New Plymouth, Auckland, Wellington and Wanganiii THE ATHENIC. Members of her original crow having again refused to take her to Wellington, the White Star liner Athenic is to b» taken to the capital port by volunteer labour. She is at an anchorage in the. stream arid an effort will be made to dispatch her for Wellington to-night. *~ UNION COMPANY'S STEAMERS. Movements of vessels undep the flag of the Union Co. are announced as follow: Waiotapu was expected to sail this afternoon for Wellington, Melbourne nnd Sydney, to complete discharge of her Pacific Coast cargo. , Wanaka is timed to sail at 4 p.m. to-day for Napier and Southern ports. Wingatui is to sail for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin on Tuesday next. Kaim.inawa has.been delayed'owing to a shortage, of berthing accommodation at New Plymouth. She is to load at Westport early next week for Napier and Auckland.

The Tirqa arrived at Auckland to-day from Glsborue and Hicks Bay. The Canopus arrived at Auckland with a coal cargo from Westport this murniug. She is berthed at the King's wharf. The Iliehardson steamer Mnko arrived at Auckland this afternoon with cargo trom East Coast bays. The Canadian Government steamer Canadian Prospector was to sail this afternoon for Wellington to continue discharge of her Montreal cargo. THE PORT NICHOLSON. For Wellington and New Plymouth, the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer l'ort Nicholson is expected to leave Auckland to-morrow. The vessel, which recently arrived from London, is berthed at the Prince's wharf. TUB COKIXTIIIC. Bringing passengers and from London, the White Star liner Coriuthic has reported that she will arrive at Wellington on Thursday next. From Wellington the Coriuthiu is 10 come to Auckland to complete discharge. TOFUA REPORTED. ITnvins left Auckland on Saturday of last week, the Union Co.'s island steamer Tofua arrived at Suva on Wednesday evening. She is expected to leave Suva for Nukualofa at 3 o'clock to-morrow afternoon. NEW STEAMER WAIPAIII. Recently arrived at Hunedin on her, maiden voyage from England, the I'nlon Co.'s new steamer Waipahi is to en f er the East Coast trade. She has been fixed to load at Dunedin abiuit the middle of next week for Oamaru, Lyttellou, Wellington and Auckland. COAL FROM NEWCASTLE. Loaded with a fu.ll cargo of coal, the Union Cn.'s steamer Whanpipe was expected to leave .Newcastle tor Auckland to-day. The Kaiwarra is now loading timber acd coal at Newcastle. She is expected to clear the Australian port for Auckland to-morrow. WEST CALERA REPORTS. According to a radio report received yesterday by Messrs. Henderson and Macfarlane, the. Swayne and Iloyt Line steamer West Calera will arrive at Auckland from Lus AngeTes at 2 a.m. to-morrow. After inspection in the stream the W'st Calera will berth at the western side of the Central wharf to unload timber, case oil. and general cargo. From Auckland the freighting is to prooeced to Lytteltoii, Dunedin and Sydney. FROM WEST OF ENGLAND. The Federal Company have received n further amendment of the list of projected departures of vessels from the West of England for New Zealand ports. The Federal steamers will leave Liverpool as follow :—Middlesex, October 24, for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin ; Norfolk, November 21, for Auckland. Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin ; Cambridge, on December 5, for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Duuedin. SCHOONER HUIA ARRIVED. Carrying GB.OOO feet of hnrdwood, the Nobel Explosives Co.'s auxiliary schooner Huia arrived at Auckland from Grafton yesterday, and berthed during the afternoon at the Central wharf. The schooner, which is under the command of Captain 11. E. Lane, cleared Grafton on October S, und experienced flue north-east weather for the first day. Later she encountered light north-east breezes and fresh to strong north-west winds until arrival. The best day's run was accomplished ou October 10, when 210 miles were logged. MAUNGANUI FOR SYDNEY.
