DELANEYS DISQUALIFICATION. j (Received 11.30 a.m.) i MELBOURNE. October 15. I Hemic is still suffering from a fetlock swelling, which is larger than yesterday. A decision as to starting him in the Caulfield Cup will be made to-morrow. G. Delaney's disqualification was reheard by the V.A.T.C. committee to-day, which decided that the penalty is to stand. The Lance is on the rails in the Caulfield Cup. Royal Chaster is in the middle of the field, and Whittier is near the centre. At Mentone to-day Wallarah beat Honan by six lengths over nine furlongs, in 1.55.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.) ,
