MR. BARTRAM AT GREY LYNN.
A DEXUXCLA.TIOX OF REFORM. An orderly, sympathetic assembly was addressed in the Grey Lynn Library last night by Mr. F. N. Bartram, M.P., Labour candidate for Grey Lynn, the chairman being Mr. C. A. Watts. The speaker apologised for being out of form, owing to physical indisposition, but he continued his discourse for two hours, speaking with much vehemence in denouncing the errors of Reform and the indifference of the moneyed classes towards the lot of the working man, struggling along on a -wage of under £4 per week. He denied the statement that not one of the Labour candidates was a New Zealander by birth, and gave five or six names to disprove the assertion.
