N.Z. MENTAL HOSPITALS.
LONDON, October 14. Dr. John Russell, at present assistant at the Mental Hospital at Epsom (Surrey), and Dr. G. W. Will, a New Zeahvnder attached to the Military Mental Hospital in North India, have been appointed medical officers to New Zealand mental hospitals.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
