INCITEMENT TO MUTINY
SIX COMMUNISTS ARRESTED. LONDON QUARTERS RAIDED. SCOTLAND YARD ACTIVE. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright! (Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, October 14. Scotland Yard raided the London headquarters of the Communist party and arrested Inkpen, secretary, John Campbell, editor of the "Workers' Weekly," Harry Politt and three other officials.' They will be charged with conspiracy to incite mutiny and sedition—(A. and -N.Z. Cable.)
