i A special meeting of the Avondale , Borough Council was, pursuant to a resolu- * tion passed on the 7tU October, held on t Wednesday evening, the Mayor, Mr. XV. .1 Tait, presiding. There were also present: Crs. Totter, Croft, Richardson, Gilbert, and Malcolm, Mr. Henshall (.Borough engineer), Mr. Riley (Borough foreman!. An apology was received rrotn Cr. Thompson. The purpose of the meeting was to d Inquire further into the cost of the work on Wynyard Road, and to examine the data Q from which the committee compiled their d report, and compare with the office record.. n Questioned by the Mayor.
