A party proceeded to Spitzbergen to erect a hangar for Captain Amundsen's Polar expedition next year, for which arrangements are now settled. It will cost 1,500,000 kroner, of which Mr. Ellsworth, the American who accompanied him in his -Arctic flight, contributed 100,000dol on condition that it is called the Amundsen-Ellsworth expedition, under the Norwegian flag, and that Mr. Ellsworth he the sole American aboard. —(Reuter.)
