CASES FOB-CONSIDERATION. The usnal mcmtMy meeting of the North Auckland Land Board is at present being I held al the-Land Office, Government Build- , ings. those present being the Commissioner I of Crown Lands. Mr. H. J. Lowe, man, and Messrs. H. Aitkenbead (01 I Helensvillel. A. Finlayson >of Wliancareli. ' W. T. Hunt i»f liuawaii, and J. E. Wells tuf Okaihaui. One hundred and fifty-sis cases are to be considered by the board, consisting of li applications for land, comprising 1300 acres. IB applications for gum -washing licenses j over an area of sixty acres, and 19 applications for current aec-oum advojices. There i are 16 transfers of house and farm pro* perties under tbe Discharged Soldiers' Settlement Act, to be dealt with, and tbe I usual number of exchanges, mortgages and ordinary transfers complete the business.
