OTAHUHU POLICE COURT.
A sitting of the Otahuhu Police Court held yesterday, Mr, W. R. McKean, S.M., being on the Bench. Leonard Lee and Ernesfr Simpson, being territorials and failing to notify change of address, were fined £5 and 7/ costs and 20/ and 7/ costs respectively. On a charge of selling milk with added water, T. Wood was fined £5 and 9/ costs. For Selling milk which possessed less than 3J per cent butterfat, A. Smales was fined £2 and 25/6 costs. For assaulting Dennis Mason, Chris. Carlson was fined £2, half to go to the injured man. Arthur Knight was fined 10/ and 7/ cost 3 for failing to have proper lights on a motor car, and for not possessing a motor driver's license, he was fined 20/ and 7/ costs. Archie Millen, who drove a motor bus over the footpath in Panmure Road, was fined 20/ and 7/ costs. For allowing a bull to wander without proper guidance in Panmure Road. W. B. Floyd was fined 10/ and 7/ costs. For driving a motor car in a manner dangerous to the public W. Sommervell was fined £4 17/ and costs 30/, and on a charge of not keeping to the proper side of the road, he was fined 7/ costs.
