Public notice Is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mount Eden Borough Council, held on August 31, 1925, the following resolution was passed:— In pursuance of the powers conferred on it by tho Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Health Act, 1920, and the respective amendments thereof and of every other power in that behalf enabling it, the Mount Eden Borough Council hereby makes by Special Order the following By-law: Providing for protection of food from contamination. Dealing with places for preparation, storage and sale of food. Securing cleanliness of bread and pastry. Dealing with structure of bakehouses and provisions to be observed therein. Dealing witli places for preparation of meat for sale. Dealing with conveyance of meat and fish. Securing cleanliness of milk. Securing cleanliness of aerated waters ' and other beverages. Dealing with sale of eggs and pulping of same. A copy of the proposed by-law is deposited at the Council Chambers, Valley Road, Mount Eden, and Is open for inspection during office hours from September 21, 1025, to October 5, 1925. The above Resolution will be submitted to a meeting of the Mount Eden Borough Council to be held on MOXDAY, October 0, 1025, for Confirmation as a Special Order.
