PRESENTATION AT PAPAROA.
IBy Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) PAPAROA, this day. Mr. TV. 11. WflkinSj who is leaving tho district to commence business Lit Matamata, after 1!) years' residence, wae entertained at a smoke concert on Friday night, Mr. M. X. Skelton presiding. Several business flrme were represented, also the local sports clubs, and the Sheep Dog Trial Club. Mr. M. K. Bkelton made a presentation on behalf of subscribers, and Mr. Wilkins suitablyresponded. Mr. Wilkins also held the position of exchange keeper for the Paparoa Telephone Association for 12 years, and he was presented on his resignation from the association with a pair of arm chairs.
