Dr. Wall, an electrical expert, is experimenting with the theory of a German scientist killed during the war, who discovered the secret of an alloy developing an electro motive force when heated. He claims that it enables the production of a. thermo-electric generator, costing half that of a steam plant producing equal power, eliminating dynamos, and reducing the cost of the production of electricity by two-thirds. — ("Sun.")
