M. POINCARE AT GENEVA.
BROADCASTING HIS SPEECH. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, September 4. M. Raymond Poincare's speech at Geneva on Monday at noon will be broadcasted and beard all over Britain, if the conditions are favourable. The French Government is providing land-lines between the Swiss frontier and Paris, from whence the speeech will be sent out from the high "power station on the Eiffel Tower, picked up by a spepial listening post in Kent, and related to Daventrv, thence to London.
