Joseph Derosa, yard foreman for the past eighteen months, denied harassing tlie late Shunter Carmichael. He was not on duty when Carmichael was fatally injured. He attributed the present trouble to the railway strike. The Board is expected to conclude hearing evidence about Tuesday. j
