GERMANY'S REPARATION.
FIRST TEAR PAID UP. BERLIN, September 2. Including the Reich Railway Company's payment of interest on reparation bonds, which were due yesterday, it is semi-officially claimed that Germany has completed her first year's payments under the Dawes scheme. — (Eeuter.)
