ANNUAL SOCIAL REUNION. i The' congregation of St. James' Presbyterian Church, Wellington Street, held ; its annual reunion last evening, when . •there was a good attendance. Tea was partaken of at 6.30 p.m., followed by a concert at 8 p.m. The Rev. Evan R. ' Harries presided, and during the evening, thei-presentation was made of a cheque to Sister Margaret in recognition of her, voluntary self-sacrificing labour for the' church. The Rev. W. Gray Dixon, M.A., of Dunedin, one-time minister of St. David's Church, Khyber Paes, delivered an address on "The Need to Stand by Christ in This Hour of Crisis." During the evening songe were contributed by Misses M. Gow, K. England, D. Hislop, I. Walker, Mrs. Allan Bruce, Messrs. A. Dollar, A. Macpherson, aud D. McOonochie. The choir, conducted by Mr. Walter Impett, sang part-songs. The accompanists were-Mre. A. Dollar and Mr. Impett. ===——-—— \
