NESTORIANS V. TURKS. MESOPOTAMIA INCIDENT. (Received 11 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, August 30. Five hundred Xestorian brigands crossed the Mesopotamian frontier and attacked the Turkish frontier posts at Mosul, but were repulsed. Turkey has appealed to the League of Nations. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
