MOTOR BIKE ACCIDENT.

CYCLIST NOT HURT. An accident occurred on the Raglan deviation on Saturday afternoon. As a Hudson car, driven by Miss P. H. Noffke, was coming towards Hamilton, a motor cycle came suddenly round one of the bends and swerved out as suddenly. see-

ing his danger on the edge of the road, there being a deep drop into the gully beneath. the cyclist twisted his bike back again into the bank, and smashed his front fork badly, though he escaped personal injury. It was fortunate that the lady driver was going slowly and pulled up in a few feet. The cyclist probably owes his life to this fact.
