COMMUNISTS' OBJECTIONS. BERLIN, August 13. The Reichstag, passed the Government's Tariff Bill -without amendment after heated debates. Prior to the division the Social Democrats and Communists walked, out. The Democrats abstained.from voting (after making statements expressing doubts as regards the legality of the tariff law) in view of the attitude of the . majority parties in restricting the speeches.—| (Reuter.). , _ : ;___
