BIRTHS AND DEATHS.

(By Telegraph.-Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The total births registered in urban areas of the Dominion in July amounted to 1050, as' against '1011 in June, an increase of 45. Deaths in July were 603, an increase of 62 as compared j with the previous month. Of the total , deaths males contributed 314 and ' females 289. Eighty-two of the deaths were of children under five years of age, being 13.6 of the whole number. Sixty-one of these were under one year lof age. =========______
