FIRST PARTY OF OFFICERS LEAVE. A party of 250 officers left by special train this morning for Rotorua. In- ; eluded in the number were Sir James Parr, representing the New Zealand Government, .Admiral' Robison, Rear-Adini-lal W. A. MaeDougall and Rear-Admiral. L. A. Bostwick. The special was due at Rotorua. at 1.10 p.m. to-day. Departure will, be .made "at 1.15 p.m. to-morrow, and arrival made at Auckland at 7.16 p.m. v
