Signor Orlando, who. as a specialist in constitutional law. has frequently protested against the unconstitutional metho* of Fascism, has written a letter to the President of the Chamber of Deputies resigning his seat in Parliament. The writer says he is convinced that there is no "longer room, in the present state of Italian polities, for a man of his convictions. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
