MR. ROBERT MACARTNEY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.! CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The death is announced of Mr. Robert Macartney, aged 60, a well-known Tai-Tapu farmer, wlin contested the Lvttelton seat as a "Reformer"' in 1022.
