When the American;! Battle; .Fleet reached Auckland on neit Tuesday. Auckland's population will, for increased by nearly 12,000.officers and men from the squadron. Arrartgeniehts have been made by the Potipe Jtepaftment to adequately cope with crowds that will invade Aucklanif*. during[the fleet's visit, and about forty constables from country stations inTvthe Aucklapdprovince will shortly arrive in the city to reinforce the present police stafL During the visit of the.
