Decree nisi was granted in the following undefended divorce actions heard by ■ Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court this morning, Mr. Allan Moody appearing for all petitioners:— Ida Kathleen Dawson v. Thomas Henry Dawson (desertion), Lily Louisa Home v. Shack Home (separation), Wallace Robert Poyed v.. Gladys Elsie Poyde (desertion), and Edward George Yearbury v. Hazel Annie Yearbury (separation). Motions to have the orders made absolute in three months were granted.
