McGir, a well-knocwn cricketer and member of the management committee -of the Wellington Cricket. Association, also by -Thomas Ruck and Charles G. Wilson, of . the Cricket Association. All stated that Badcbck had much ability as, a coach, and could reasonably have expected to makw'e a -considerable amount in. fees from private coaching. Counsel are now addressing the jury.
