AN OFFICIAL INQUIRY. BERLIN, July 12. A German official analysis of the trial at Moscow of the tliree German students on a charge of plotting to assassinate the Soviet leaders, Trotsky and Stalin, characterises the death sentences imposed upon them as a miscarriage of justice.
