CHINESE FINED HEAVILY. EUROPEANS £2 A HEAD. (By Telegraph. —Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. In the Police Court to-day Fong Low was fined £40, Wing On £25, Yong Wah £25, and W ee an for allowing their premises to be used as common gaming houses. Several Europeans and Chinese fouhd on the premises were fined £2 each.
